Film opening basic stort line

Film opening story line
The film opening that we are producing has a an action genre and we have used ideas from various films such as Sum of all fears which was rereleased in 2002, the part I got the inspiration from is the end scene when all the enemies assassinated in different ways and the part I like and have used elements from is when the enemies car blows up when he pushes the cigarette lighter, and the bit where the culprit looks through the window and then walks out the room.
The opening scene begins with a person in an office sitting down and staring at an old fashioned pocket watch for a few second s this being a close up camera shot of just the clock. The scene then cuts and we the see a glare of light that covers the whole shot, for e few seconds which makes the audience think what is it, the camera then panes out and we then see a man walk into the shot, holding a mirror by his side we then see the person walk to his car and get into the car. When the man is in the car we then try to focus on the persons expressions which show that something is not right, the person then looks at the centre mirror in the car for a split second and then gets out of car and looks under the car and see a flickering light, at first he does not know what it is so we uses his mirror to get a better look and realises that it is a bomb with a timer on which has a few minutes left. The person then gets under car to try and disarm the bomb he then manages unlatches the bomb, and then gets out from under the car and goes into the car and gets some pliers to cut one of wires on the bomb however he does not know which one to cut so he decides to cut one not being sure if it is the right one. We then go back to the man in the office who we see press the button on the side of the clock, and then the titles then appear.
The reason we have done the combination of two differ people is because it makes the audience think has the person defused the bomb in time because we don’t actually see if he is successful, and we also don’t know, the audience also don’t know why the man is staring at the clock at the begging making the audience curious.
